Musgrove uses flexible system in any space
With a Philips CX50 at Musgrove Park Hospital in Taunton are breast clinician Dr Zoë Goldthorpe, assistant practitioner Emma Zeiner, consultant radiographer Pat Middleton, consultant radiologist Dr Sara Wilson and breast clinician Dr Elena Hopkins.
Musgrove Park Hospital’s breast care fund was looking for a compact ultrasound system offering quality imaging when it chose a Philips CX50.
Consultant radiographer Pat Middleton said: “We chose the CX50 because of the small footprint and the ease of use, along with image quality, plus Philips’ desktop breakdown facility. The purchase allows us to speed clinic throughput and avoid hold-ups. We are delighted with the flexibility of the system, allowing us to use it in any available space.”
