Nuffield Health Wolverhampton welcomes broadband MRI

Wolverhampton City Mayoress Margaret Findlay and Wolverhampton City Mayor Councillor Barry Findlay with Wolves FC Midfielder Lee Evans and Nuffield Health Wolverhampton Hospital director Karen Pattison.

Nuffield Health Wolverhampton Hospital’s new MRI suite was officially opened by Wolverhampton City Mayor Councillor Barry Findlay, together with other VIP guests including the Mayoress and Wolves FC Midfielder Lee Evans in attendance.  The hospital in Tettenhall is the medical partner of Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Hospital director Karen Pattison said: “High quality imaging is so important for our doctors and consultants to make decisions on treatment.  The scanner will be used to help diagnose a number of conditions, from strokes, heart conditions, arthritis and prostate cancer through to sports injuries.”
