Optima450w for Stamford and Rutland Hospital

Stamford and Rutland Hospital has installed a GE Healthcare Optima MR450w system. The MRI was delivered in early January and installation was completed at the end of the month.
“The GE 450w MRI scanner gives us much more flexibility to accommodate patient needs and to meet our waiting lists. We will be scanning a full range of MR examinations across both our sites and will make full use of the features available,” said Peterborough and Stamford Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust MRI section head Karen Smith.
