Philips Healthcare has supplied an Allura Xper FD10 ceiling-mounted cath lab system for the 612-bed PFI hospital on the outskirts of Peterborough.   Peterborough City Hospital opened its doors in November 2010.

Part of a large MES facility provided by Asteral, the equipment was purchased to develop cardiac services in the region.  The new system has reduced manual tasks and as a result has helped to deliver a more efficient workflow.
