Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth has installed an Ulrich CT Motion, supplied by Synapse Medical UK, in its new CT suite.
CT/MRI superintendent Nicola Wragg said: “We chose the Ulrich CT Motion injector because it is efficient, safe and very easy to use. Its one-time daily set-up has reduced delays between patients, allowing a higher patient throughput. In addition, it has also enabled us to give weight-related dosing for contrast media and this has resulted in a significant reduction of contrast media usage and costs.”
