Radformation has become a corporate member of The British Institute of Radiology (BIR) and as such will raise awareness in the UK of solutions that aim to bring efficiency to the radiotherapy treatment planning process. Radformation exhibited at the BIR Radiotherapy and Oncology Meeting in March in London, which was its first headlining event in the UK.

“We are pleased to join and support the BIR community. Participating in the meeting allowed us to educate members about how automation can positively impact their treatment plans and improve patient safety,” commented vice president of global sales and strategic partnerships Joe Ianni. “The incredibly helpful feedback we received from members will enable us to improve our software, including EZFluence for forward planning and ClearCheck for automated plan checking.”

BIR ceo Sara Purdy said: “We are delighted to welcome Radformation to the BIR community and look forward to learning more about how the patient radiotherapy journey can be improved and enhanced with innovative automation technology.”
