Regional anaesthesia course breaks record

Attendees of an ultrasound in anaesthesia course held at GE Healthcare’s Education Centre in Hatfield travelled from all over the UK, to make this the biggest course of its type held at the centre.

Sitting on the patient couch are course tutors Dr Mark Crowley and Dr Luis Barbera-Martin, GE Healthcare ultrasound point of care specialist Laura Baynes and, standing, point of care manager Neil Bates.

Organised by Laura Baynes, the course comprised an intensive theory programme mixed with hands-on tuition under the guidance of expert practitioners.
