RMS picks up best small business award

The Innovation Agency chief operating officer Lorna Green, RMS commercial director Michael Lancaster, Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust director of commercial procurement services Andrew O’Connor, Adrian Bentley of Brandforth and RMS clinical director William Bailey.

Radiology management business RMS has won the Best Small Business Award at the North West Excellence in Supply Awards.  It was highly commended in the competitive support services category.  The awards promote and celebrate private sector organisations working in partnership with the NHS to deliver high quality, effective and efficient patient care.

Commercial director Michael Lancaster said: “We are delighted that RMS has been recognised for the cost savings we have made across the trusts that we work with.  Our innovative approach to helping NHS radiology departments reduce scanning waiting lists means that patients can be quickly scanned and diagnosed.”
