Scanners stood out for East Kent users during evaluation
Principal radiographer Fiona McPartlin, MIS ultrasound account manager Douglas Ogg, advanced practitioner Kirstie Wiltshire, consultant radiologist and clinical director for breast screening Sarah Moorhouse and medical physicist Sarah Matthews.
Earlier this year, following an exhaustive evaluation process, East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust took delivery of three Samsung RS80A ultrasound systems supplied by MIS Healthcare.
Medical physicist Sarah Matthews said: “Until the evaluations I was unaware that Samsung produced such high quality ultrasound scanners, but the results of the evaluation were remarkable, with an outstanding display, superb image quality and excellent resolution which really made the scanner stand out for us.”
