Professor Gill Marshall from the University of Cumbria is one of only three nominees worldwide to be honoured with a gold medal by the Society and College of Radiographers.
The gold medals have been struck in 2010 to commemorate the Society’s 90th anniversary to honour anyone worldwide, of any profession, for exceptional contributions to radiography, the development of the profession and for the advancement of the Society and College of Radiographers.
Professor Gill Marshall is research development lead in the Faculty of Health, Medical Sciences and Social Care at Cumbria University. States the ScoR: “She has authored countless peer reviewed articles, book chapters and presentations on medical imaging and its pedagogy.”
