Pictured during a follow-up visit to the Queen’s Hospital in Burton on Trent is Hologic breast health sales specialist Jenny Campbell with superintendent radiographer Lyn Starkie, senior radiographer/mammographers Rosina Goodfellow, Anne Harley (advanced practitioner), Brenda Robinson and Karen Bailey (advanced practitioner) with consultant radiologist Dr Richard Suarez.   The Selenia Dimensions system chosen is the same as used across the service, with one being tomosynthesis enabled.

The clinical team are all members of South Staffordshire Breast Screening and Symptomatic Services which, in an example of cross-trust co-operation, provides a full mammography service to the Burton on Trent community.

Lyn Starkie said: “The service is now totally digital with the Selenia Dimensions, which facilitates staff training, multi-site working and consistency of image quality.”
