InHealth has improved the patient experience at Fitzrovia Community Diagnostic Centre, London, where the introduction of AIRS Medical’s Swift MR will help deliver faster and more comfortable MRI scans.

In a collaboration between InHealth and Med AI Solutions, Swift MR will harness the power of AI to reduce MRI scan times by up to 50 per cent, while still providing clear and detailed images. By leveraging insights from millions of previous scans, Swift MR enhances image quality, making them easier for radiologists to interpret.

InHealth says the majority of patients have had their appointment times reduced from 45 minutes to 30 minutes, which not only helps alleviate waiting times but also provides relief for those who experience anxiety, claustrophobia or have difficulty remaining still during scans. Results are also returned quickly, typically within two minutes.

“We are thrilled to deliver these improvements and look forward to working with Med AI Solutions on introducing this technology in more locations,” states InHealth.
