Soliton awarded for successful project

Soliton IT representatives were delighted to receive their award at a gala dinner held by Nuance Health.
Supplier of voice recognition applications Nuance Health held its annual Partner User Conference in Barcelona to mark the transition to a fully digital future in healthcare. The conference comprised delivery and interactive sessions, concentrating on latest voice recognition (VR) developments, real-word benefits of applied voice-to-text and the future of voice-driven clinical documentation.
Representing Radiology IT at the conference, Soliton IT was invited to deliver a report on the successful deployment of Nuance’s SpeechMagic into Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Trust. This project defined Soliton IT’s management of the users, partners, trust and technology challenges and concluded with the roll-out of an improved SpeechMagic VR to replace an under-performing legacy system and support the Soliton IT RIS, Radiology+.
To recognise Soliton IT’s achievements with the project, Nuance gave it the Best Customer Project Award at the gala dinner in March. The award specifically highlighted the company’s troubleshooting proficiencies, systems integration skills, project commitment and customer service.
