St Bernard’s Hospital finds training is quick and simple

St Bernard’s Hospital in Gibraltar has replaced an old image intensifier with a Philips UKI BV Pulsera C-arm system.  Radiology services manager Monica Mir-Dyer said: “Most of our radiology equipment at the hospital is from Philips and we also have a good working relationship with the company.  It was therefore logical to select a Philips system when we decided to replace one of our old image intensifiers.  The system itself is very similar to our previous C-arm, so training on the new equipment was simple and quick, particularly as we have found it very easy to use.”
