Stepping Hill Hospital takes incisive step to improve reliability with latest CT system

Staff and patients at Stepping Hill Hospital, Stockport, can now benefit from a state-of-the-art Philips Incisive CT system, which comes with a Tube for Life guarantee. The hospital also purchased a 10-year service contract. Philips Incisive CT integrates innovations in imaging, workflow and life cycle management, helping healthcare providers improve the CT experience, enable smart clinical decision making and increase efficiency. CT Smart Workflow on the system has AI-enabled tools that offer fast AI reconstruction and automatic patient positioning to aid clinical efficiency and successful examinations at low dose.
“We are really pleased with the addition of the Philips Incisive to our CT service. The staff have transitioned easily to the user interface, the image quality is very good. We have found improved reliability and usability of the Incisive system aids increased throughput of our acute patients,” said CT lead radiographer Karen Andrew.
