Support for stroke charity continues after fund-raising success
RAD Magazine Foundation has raised a total of £13,272.50 for The Stroke Association this year. Fund-raising activities included the annual Golf Day held in June and support for the RADleys Runners team in the Brighton Marathon in April.
The Stroke Association’s regional community and events fund-raiding manager George Burroughs is pictured receiving a cheque for £9,000 from RAD Magazine’s Sam Roberts, Katherine Powell, Mechel Rowe and Charlotte Roberts.
The first main event next year will be the Brighton Marathon, and a RADleys Runners team will be pounding the streets of the seaside town.
