Support is key for remote site in the Shetlands

Gilbert Bain Hospital in the Shetland Isles has purchased a Philips BV Endura C-arm for general operating theatre use.   It joins other Philips systems at the hospital including a BV Libra surgical C-arm, a CT scanner, a fluoroscopy room and a CR room. 

 

Imaging services manager Ann Smith said: “We opted for Philips because we have been very satisfied with the support they have given us.  As a very remote site, this is always a key consideration, when purchasing new equipment.”
