Teleradiology provider achieves QSI mark

Everlight Radiology

Everlight Radiology has been accredited with the Quality Standard for Imaging (QSI) by UKAS, in recognition of the quality of its teleradiology services and commitment to continuous improvement.

The QSI was defined by The Royal College of Radiologists and The College of Radiographers in 2019 as an optional benchmark, by which radiology services could be measured against set national quality criteria.

In order to achieve the standard, Everlight was required to show how it met or exceeded criteria in the four areas of leadership and management; clinical; facilities, resources and workforce; and safety.

Everlight medical director in the UK and Ireland Dr Dan Rose commented: “Everlight is delighted to have received accreditation with the QSI as a further sign of our team’s ongoing commitment to excellence in every aspect of our tele-radiology service delivery. Quality of patient care is at the core of our culture and we put a huge amount of time, energy and investment into the continuous improvement of our processes, systems and people.

“Alongside our existing outstanding rating by the CQC, this recognition of our high standards helps to highlight the end-to-end robustness of our ‘follow the sun’ teleradiology model.”
