Harefield Hospital has acquired an Allura Xper FD10 cardiovascular system from Philips Healthcare that is to provide a front line angiography service, as well as emergency primary coronary interventions. The equipment complements the hospital’s existing Philips cath labs.
Superintendent radiographer Chris Prytherch said: “Two features of the Philips system that influenced our selection are the excellent image quality and the XperSwing rotational angiography functionality. In addition, I have good personal experience of Philips customer service and support.”
