Agfa HealthCare has carried out DX-D Retrofit DR upgrades at Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust.

Superintendent radiographer at the Bournemouth trust James Knowles said: “The DX-D Retrofit is used in a general purpose x-ray room and we have seen the immediate benefits of increased patient throughput while retaining high image quality, two key decision factors during purchase.  Being wireless, it offers enhanced flexibility which is a huge benefit.”
