Variety of uses for ultrasound at Pontefract

Toshiba Medical Systems has supplied ultrasound equipment to recently opened hospitals in Pontefract and Wakefield.

The Hospital Development Project at Mid-Yorks NHS Trust provided funding for ultrasound systems to meet the demands of the new services at Pontefract General Infirmary and Pinderfields General Hospital, Wakefield.

After extensive evaluation, Toshiba systems were chosen for the wide variety of ultrasound examinations to be undertaken at the two sites.
