Wide bore is comfortable for patients

Princess of Wales Hospital – part of the Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board, has installed an Optima MR450w MRI scanner from GE Healthcare.
MR superintendent Sharon Donovan said: “The MR450w has benefitted us greatly in that the 70cm wide bore has allowed us to be able to scan all patients comfortably.”
