St Margaret’s Hospital refreshes x-ray department

Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust has bought new life to the x-ray department at St Margaret’s Hospital, Epping, with the installation of a third Samsung GC80 digital x-ray system provided by MIS Healthcare.

The refurbishment of an old x-ray room previously used as a storage area has made a huge difference according to superintendent radiographer Liz Penn: “The patient throughput and workflow has increased dramatically since the installation, allowing more than 100 patients a day to be imaged.”
