Northern Ireland’s first nuclear medicine study day

In April the Seagoe Hotel in Craigavon welcomed nuclear medicine professionals from across Northern Ireland for the region’s first ever Nuclear Medicine Study Day, a landmark event, and an important milestone for the specialty.

Proudly supported by Synapse Medical, the study day provided a dedicated forum for education, collaboration, and professional networking. Bringing together colleagues from across Northern Ireland for the first time, the event created a valuable opportunity to share knowledge, discuss current developments in nuclear medicine and strengthen professional connections across the region.

The programme featured presentations from experienced speakers representing hospital trusts throughout Northern Ireland, covering a broad range of topics relevant to contemporary nuclear medicine practice. The excellent engagement from delegates and the lively discussions throughout the day reflected the commitment of the nuclear medicine community to continuous learning, service development and delivering the highest standards of patient care.
