DXA users enjoy problem-solving workshop
Speakers and Vertec staff pictured at a recent Vertec DXA user group meeting in Birmingham are University of Bristol’s Dr Celia Gregson, Vertec Scientific applications specialist Joy Thorpe, product specialist Bill Reid, technical manager Simon Champion, applications specialist Sue Barlow and md Bill Hipgrave with Dr Amelia Moore from Kings College, Angie Snow from Derby University, Dr Zoe Paskins from Haywood Hospital, Dr Eleni Kariki from Manchester Royal Infirmary, Dr Liz Prvulovich from UCLH and Vertec administration manager Nicola Viccars.
Said to be one of the best ever staged by Vertec, with nearly 200 accepting the invitation to attend, the meeting featured leading speakers from across Europe presenting a wide range of topics that included a popular and lively interactive session conducted by Sue Barlow. Lunchtime was taken up with a problem-solving workshop led by Simon Champion.
