Medica Group staff supported the IDoR social media ‘show your love for radiology’ campaign.

In support of this year’s International Day of Radiology, Medica Group head office staff held a fund-raiser with all proceeds going to the British Heart Foundation and Cardiac Risk in the Young.

Head of marketing Paul Cornell said: “We are proud to support the IDoR as it plays an important role in raising the profile of the radiology community and the impact it has on patients each and every day of the year.  It was encouraging to see the amount of coverage cardiac imaging and radiology received in the media.  For our part it is great that Medica was able to be part of that, while raising money for two worthwhile charities, one of which gets very little recognition.”
