Medical imaging colleagues tee-off for charity

Golfers and non-golfers from the medical imaging industry attended the eighth annual RAD Magazine Foundation Golf Day at the Manor of Groves Hotel, Golf and Country Club near Sawbridgeworth on July 18.

The RAD Magazine Foundation is RAD Magazine’s charitable trust and each year staff choose a main charity to support. This year, the event was organised to raise funds for the Stroke Association.

RAD Magazine managing director Mechel Rees said: “We would like to thank everyone who has supported the Golf Day by attending this year’s event and helping us raise much needed money for the Stroke Association. We are also very grateful to our clients who donated prizes for the raffle and sponsored holes. Although the accounts have not yet been finalised we are confident we have raised more than £5,000.”

If you couldn’t make it on the day and would like to help raise money for the Stroke Association, please visit the donations page.
