Canon Medical strengthens presence in veterinary imaging with new partnership

Canon Medical Systems UK has entered into a partnership with Quality Medical Services (QMS) with the aim of enhancing diagnostic imaging availability in the UK’s veterinary market. The collaboration appoints QMS as a provider of Canon Medical’s advanced ultrasound, CT and MRI systems for veterinary practices across the UK.
Under the partnership, QMS will receive comprehensive product training and technical support from Canon Medical, while Canon Medical retains responsibility for product warranties and key service elements to ensure continued quality and reliability.
Together, the organisations aim to expand Canon Medical’s presence in the veterinary sector by integrating high performance ultrasound, CT and MRI solutions into veterinary practices and delivering solutions that enhance diagnostic accuracy, streamline workflows and improve outcomes.
“We are pleased to collaborate with QMS to bring our imaging solutions to the veterinary profession,” said Canon Medical Systems UK managing director Mark Hitchman. “Its experience in the veterinary sector will help us extend our reach, providing exceptional solutions and support to veterinary professionals. We look forward to working together to deliver outstanding applications and service.”
“With over 30 years of experience in the UK veterinary market, we recognise the growing demand for high quality imaging solutions,” added QMS managing director Trevor Howard. “The increased use of ultrasound, CT and MRI in veterinary care presents a significant opportunity, and we are excited to collaborate with Canon Medical to provide trusted, high performance equipment.
