Probo welcomes Leon Parsons as European MD
Probo Medical has appointed Leon Parsons as European managing director. He brings with him more than 26 years of experience in the medical industry, offering a well rounded understanding of sales, engineering, leadership and global healthcare markets.
Parsons began his career as a trainee engineer and then spent the majority of his time in industry at Bayer Healthcare and Philips Medical, where he gained extensive experience across medical imaging systems, operations and commercial strategy. He later went on to create and run Future Medical, which was acquired by Probo Medical in 2020. Over the past six years Parsons has been leading the international team as global head of radiology, prior to moving to the managing director’s role.
Parsons will be responsible for leading Probo’s European operations and strategic direction. His focus will be on accelerating business growth throughout 2026, with particular emphasis on revenue generation across system sales, parts, distribution and service and maintenance
