Rosenfield Health offers the building blocks of AI-ready radiology

Rosenfield Health solutions

Radiology departments across the NHS are under pressure to do more with less and the path forward runs through better data, smarter workflows and infrastructure that can support AI at scale.

At UKIO, Rosenfield Health says it will present solutions built to meet that challenge. Trusted by more than 30 NHS trusts and 90 hospitals globally, the company has says it has spent years solving the problems that sit between radiology teams and genuine transformation: fragmented data, manual routing, inconsistent peer review and AI tools that never make it past procurement.

iCode Teaching Files (TFS) turns everyday cases into a structured, searchable library of clinical knowledge. It builds the annotated, de-identified image datasets that can help train the next generation of radiologists. With over six million studies anonymised and 567 working days returned to clinical teams across NHS Wales, Rosenfield says that BriX removes the administrative weight from research pipelines and AI training programmes, giving trusts ownership of their data without the overhead.

iCode Peer Review closes the quality loop, Rosenfield continues, providing a structured, evidence-based framework that keeps human oversight meaningful. TriX is an intelligent DICOM routing engine connecting PACS, AI vendors, reporting systems and teleradiology networks ensuring every study reaches the right destination without manual intervention.

Making its UKIO debut is AI Scaler, which brings together anonymisation and orchestrating AI into a single vendor-neutral platform for deploying and governing AI across complex multi-site NHS environments.
