Kingston Hospital acquires four Logiq E9s

In the ultrasound department are lead obs/gynae sonographer Richenda Dodd, lead sonographer radiology Margaret Noonan, lead clinician radiology Dr Vin Majuran (seated), radiology services manager Jim Weir and GE Healthcare ultrasound sales specialist Jay Odedra.

The radiology department at Kingston Hospital NHS Trust has acquired four GE Healthcare Logiq E9 ultrasound systems as part of its equipment replacement programme.  The new units will help support this busy area of imaging and its ever expanding clinical use.

Radiology services manager Jim Weir said: “The decision to choose GE Healthcare machines was based on a clinical demo and previous good experience of the company’s scanners, from both an image quality perspective and operator user-friendliness.”
