MIS Healthcare took CPD education and new product launches to the conference

MIS Healthcare at UKIO

CPD-accredited education drew delegates to MIS Healthcare’s stand. Two CPD-accredited talks were delivered by members of the clinical applications team. Zoe Packham-Smith discussed ‘AI-based image reconstruction in CT’ and Oliver Williams talked about ‘Reducing scatter with modern DR systems: from traditional methods to deep learning AI’.

The stand also provided the opportunity to see an expanded portfolio in action. Alongside Samsung Healthcare’s GC85A Vision+, GM85 Elite, GM85 FIT and ultrasound range – including the R20, V8 and EVO Q10 – there was a pair of debuts.

The DRTech Extron mobile C-arm fluoroscopy system combining high resolution, low dose imaging with advanced surgical workflow features was demonstrated for the first time. The JudCare Edot CP100, a syringeless CT contrast media injector that eliminates traditional syringe consumables through a 24-hour tubing replacement, was also on show.

UKIO 2026 was also the first major opportunity to present MIS Healthcare’s refreshed brand identity in person.

The company’s CPD programme continues beyond the conference floor. Sessions delivered by specialist applications teams with direct clinical experience are available to departments across the UK and Ireland year-round.
