AXREM team at UKIO

AXREM says this year marked a milestone as it exhibited at UKIO for the first time, with the response from delegates, members and partners exceeding its expectations.

“Throughout the three days, our stand became a hub for conversations about the future of medical technology, healthcare delivery and the challenges facing imaging services across the UK,” the association said.

“We were proud to launch our collaborative ultrasound paper alongside our partners and to host well attended MRI and AI sessions, both of which sparked important discussions about innovation and the future direction of imaging services.”

Beyond the conference programme, AXREM stated it was rewarding to support numerous member activities and events across the three days. “Our Happy Hour networking event was a highlight, bringing together colleagues from across the sector in a relaxed environment that fostered valuable connections and conversations,” it continued.

“A particular point of pride was seeing AXREM sustainability convenor Chris Taylor recognised with the Industry Leader of the Year award at the Presidents’
Awards. While many know Chris for his work in sustainability, it was wonderful to see the full breadth of his contribution to the sector recognised.”
