Skilled Personnel praises opportunity to strengthen industry relationships

Skilled Personnel founder Fodi Kyriakos attended RadVision 2026 South in London, joining imaging professionals from across the NHS and industry to discuss the future of diagnostic imaging and healthcare innovation. The event provided an opportunity to explore the latest developments in radiology, digital transformation and workforce challenges, while encouraging collaboration between NHS providers, technology partners and clinical leaders.
Kyriakos commented that, while innovation continues to accelerate, the long-term success of diagnostic services will ultimately depend on investing in the people delivering them. “Technology is continuously evolving and it will inevitably transform imaging services, but it is equally important that we develop and support the workforce alongside it. Leadership, education and professional development are essential if radiographers are to maximise their impact across healthcare.”
The event also provided an opportunity to strengthen existing relationships and discuss future collaborations with colleagues from across the imaging sector. As the founder of Skilled Personnel and creator of the Radiographer 3.0 programme, Kyriakos continues to champion initiatives that support workforce sustainability, leadership development and career progression, helping radiographers build the skills and confidence needed to meet the evolving demands of modern healthcare.
