Six more 4D machines support IVF clinic’s work

Two years after achieving the first birth through in-vitro fertilisation in 1978, Mr Patrick Steptoe and Professor Robert Edwards opened a clinic that made IVF treatment available to couples having difficulties conceiving. Now, more than 30 years later, Bourn Hall Clinic and its associated clinics are still leaders in IVF treatments.
To support its work, the clinic has acquired six GE Healthcare Voluson S8 ultrasound systems with 4D capability to add to two purchased last year. They were chosen for their image quality, ease of use and small footprint.
