Logiq S8 at Royal Victoria Infirmary
At the handover of a GE Healthcare Logiq S8 ultrasound system to the breast unit at the Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle, are GE Healthcare ultrasound sales specialist John Rimmer, consultant radiologist Dr Joanne Gholkar, breast unit manager Alison Barker and superintendent radiographer Merilyn Cockburn.
The hospital’s choice followed a lengthy evaluation period as Merilyn Cockburn explained: “The Logiq S8 was found to meet our criteria for image quality and ease of use for our work in the breast unit.”
