AAA becomes platinum sponsor of BIR
Advanced Accelerator Applications (AAA) has become a corporate member of The British Institute of Radiology (BIR) and a platinum sponsor. BIR corporate members collaborate in developing educational events and publishing activities.
AAA develops targeted radioligand therapies and precision imaging radioligands for oncology. General manager Jeevan Virk said: “As pioneers in the use of radioisotopes for imaging and treatment of advanced cancers, we are proud to support the BIR.”
BIR president Dr Jane Phillips-Hughes added: “We are delighted to welcome AAA to our community and look forward to collaborating and learning more about the innovation and best practice in nuclear medicine and radioisotope imaging.”
