Alliance Medical has received the award for Public-Private Partnership at the Laing and Buisson Healthcare Awards 2015, which were held in London.
The winning submission focused on Alliance Medical’s innovative and collaborative partnership developed with The Christie NHS Foundation to provide PETCT scanning services. The partnership was recently awarded a ten-year contract by NHS England to provide PETCT scanning services at 30 locations across England. Alliance Medical will invest over £80 million over the life of the contract to improve the current infrastructure, including a commitment to transition away from mobile services towards sustainable static sites.
