Compact MRI system helps make diagnostics accessible for all

Esaote S-scan

Esaote’s S-scan compact MRI system fit the bill when a patient was looking for an MRI solution that could accommodate both his size and severe claustrophobia.

After the patient discussed the options, Esaote recommended the S-scan at the Back & Body Clinic and worked closely with the team to ensure the experience would be as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

Following his scan, the patient said: “The facility there is great. Matt was very welcoming, patient and understanding. It really makes such a difference with the design you’ve got, both in terms of fitting comfortably given my size and being able to talk to the people outside during the scan. Especially with my claustrophobia, that made a huge difference. I genuinely wouldn’t have been able to have the scan without your advice.”

Esaote stated: “Feedback like this reminds us that imaging isn’t just about technology; it’s about understanding patients, removing barriers to care and making diagnostics accessible for everyone. A big thank you to the team at Back & Body Clinic for delivering such a positive patient experience.”
