Customers give Canon staff the thumbs up

The Canon Medical Systems team has steered the company smoothly through a stage of transition.

Canon Medical Systems UK received positive feedback recently from its customers in a satisfaction poll of more than 200 radiographers, sonographers, clinicians and healthcare business managers.  Ninety-eight per cent of customers rated products from good to excellent, with 99 per cent giving a satisfaction thumbs up to the people and engineers at Canon Medical Systems.

When asked about value for money of the range of medical imaging equipment, nine out of 10 customers surveyed were satisfied or very satisfied.

Managing director Mark Hitchman said: “This latest customer satisfaction survey reveals an increase in positive satisfaction rates over three years for our overall customer service with an excellent rating up by 11 per cent since 2015.  This is great news and testimony to our team of product, service and sales people that have steered the company smoothly through its transition from Toshiba Medical Systems to Canon Medical Systems over the last few years.”
