Diagnostic Healthcare joins this year’s Manchester Pride
Medical imaging specialist Diagnostic Healthcare took part in the Manchester Pride parade for the first time this year, with staff walking alongside a wide range of community groups, charities and organisations.
Manchester Pride is one of the UK’s leading LGBTQ+ celebrations, attracting thousands of participants and spectators each year. For Diagnostic Healthcare, the festival was an opportunity to demonstrate its ongoing commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, both in the workplace and in the services it provides.
Marketing manager Lucy Pearson-Comer said: “We were incredibly proud to represent both Diagnostic Healthcare and the wider healthcare community at such an important event. It is a powerful reminder of the importance of equality and visibility. Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected and cared for, in their daily lives, at work and when accessing health services.”
