Hewitt centre chooses Voluson E8

GE Healthcare has installed a Voluson E8 ultrasound system at the Hewitt Fertility Centre, part of Liverpool Women’s NHS Foundation Trust. Consultant sonographer Kathy Ford said: “We chose the Voluson E8 for its excellent image quality and easy to use 3/4D technology. I was particularly impressed with SonoAVC follicle, which may help us make a fast assessment of follicular volumes, supported by a printable folliculogram. The Voluson E8’s ability to provide a 3D reconstruction of the uterine cavity using single sweep technology may also help us make an earlier diagnosis of congenital uterine abnormalities, as well as polyps and submucosal myoma.”
