Hull’s x-ray room overhaul brings benefits

Hull Royal Infirmary’s imaging patients are appreciating the modernisation of its x-ray rooms since the installation of Samsung’s GC85 DR systems by MIS Healthcare.
Specialty manager Ann McFadyen said: “The decision to purchase the Samsung GC85 was made after the team evaluated a number of DR solutions and two of our rooms have been updated. The kit is a great choice for our busy emergency departments; it is easy to use, versatile and fast. Our patients have commented how modern the equipment and the rooms now look. In addition, we can be more productive with our busy and diverse workload, and produce superior quality images.”
