International Imaging Congress 2023 – is coming to London Olympia this October 31 – November 1, and with an audience of over 1200 delegates already signed up to attend it promises to be a memorable event.
International Imaging Congress is unique, not only in the scale and profile of the audience, but in its outlook and focus, as Steve Clarke from organiser ROAR B2B explains – “With significant developments in AI, big data, telehealth and automation driving digital transformation within medical imaging, we felt that there was a requirement for an event that provided a best-practice roadmap for healthcare professionals responsible for the deployment of advanced technologies. IIC23 celebrates the emerging technologies that will complement the existing expertise, knowledge and skills within the sector, while also providing a platform for pioneers to share their stories and insights.”
International Imaging Congress has been established with five guiding principles:
- To bring together an international knowledgebase to share best practice and ideas.
- To offer FREE CPD for healthcare professionals.
- To provide practical, actionable guidance and debate around the deployment of emerging technologies.
- To explore the tech-driven convergence of radiology and pathology, while putting patients at the heart of the discussion.
- To promote the next generation of medical imaging solution providers.
IIC23 features a speaker line up of over 70 experts, with speakers coming from mainland Europe, the USA and India. Audience registrations have come from over 40 different countries, with delegates coming from as far as Australia to join the congress. The event certainly lives up to its international name!
When at the event, delegates can take their pick from two concurrent-running conferences; The Future Radiology & Oncology Summit, and Digital Pathology Summit.
Event chair Dr Ram Senasi gives an insight into what to expect: “I am absolutely honoured to be chairing this congress. The IIC23 team have taken a fresh approach in bringing together key leaders across the industry to address issues and drive discussion around the most compelling questions we have in AI, innovation and technology. This will be a no-holds-barred event.”
IIC are looking to change the way conferencing is done. Moving away from academic plenary lectures, the event will have townhall sessions, sofa chats, point/counterpoints discussions and fireside chats. Delegates will discover how cutting-edge tech and artificial intelligence are set to improve patient health, leading to personalised treatment plans and increased workflow efficiencies for clinical and technical teams.
