Medica attendance is worthwhile for Probo despite pandemic restrictions

Although attendance at November’s Medica conference in Düsseldorf, Germany, dropped due to concerns about COVID-19, Probo Medical says its booth was still busy throughout the show. “Conversations were very productive for the team because those who did choose to attend were there to do business,” the company states.

“The Probo team members did a fantastic job scheduling meetings with attendees – many were back-to-back all day long, connecting with new and old customers.”

The international medical trade fair came at an ideal time for Probo Medical, following its recent rebrand from Future Medical, MIUS and IMAX. Representatives from four countries included Hayley Brown, Brian Gill, Leon Parsons, Jeremy Gregg, Dani Langson, Victoria Humpert, Stephen Glasgow, Enrico Franchini and Joe Witcomb.

The team was able to present Probo Medical’s service offerings while demonstrating some of the available ultrasound equipment, including a Philips Epiq 5 system, a Voluson S8 from GE Healthcare and a Samsung Medison RS80.

Probo US brand manager Hayley Brown commented: “Medica was a great success for our team. Not only did we have one great conversation after another with customers, we were able to unite as a global team to represent Probo Medical on a big stage for the first time. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and dedication to the event by each of our team mates.”
