Medray offers unfailing support during installation of DRX-Evolution Plus at Swiss hospital

Medray has installed a state-of-the-art Carestream DRX-Evolution Plus x-ray room at bilingual Biel/Bienne Hospital in Switzerland. This replaced a Carestream system that had been in the emergency room since 2013. The hospital also operates three other Carestream systems.

From needs analysis to commissioning, including technical coordination and team training, Medray’s sales specialists and service engineers ensured a smooth transition to meet high quality standards.

“We are very satisfied with the installation of our new Carestream DRX-Evolution Plus room,” said medical radiology technician Maik Petrone. “The process went smoothly and the quality of service was excellent. We received unfailing support throughout the project. This new system saves us a lot of time and makes patient examinations more comfortable.”

Medical radiology technician Mourad Assal added: “The image quality is impressive. Imaging software solutions such as Smart Noise Cancellation and Smart Grid work very effectively and are a valuable everyday aid in obtaining high quality images and conducting fully successful examinations.”
