Old radiology equipment often finds a new home

GE products are among the equipment that have been deinstalled by Future Medical.

Several makes and models of imaging equipment have been deinstalled or transported across the UK and several locations in Europe by Future Medical Equipment.  Equipment brands including GE, Philips, Toshiba, Siemens and many modalities were deinstalled.

Sales director Leon Parsons explained: “Future Medical specialises in purchasing CT and MRI scanners, along with the deinstallation.  Often when the machine has reached the end of its life here in the UK, the equipment is replaced with a newer, more up-to-date machine.  That is where Future Medical comes in.  We provide extensive project management support for the removal, with our in-house operations department, which delivers method and risk assessments along with a comprehensive site survey.”
