Online portal enables participants to manage and book training course

ulrich Medical Spine Academy

For more than 10 years ulrich medical has been offering training courses, initially mainly in the field of spine surgery with the later addition of radiology, and the number of events is growing. Under the name ulrich medical Academy, a portal has now been launched in which users can book and manage their training courses. Participants will also be informed about relevant new events, while a media library provides access to web seminars and recordings of events at any time.

From instructional spine courses in clinics and scientific lectures at congresses to hands-on workshops and webinars, ulrich medical focuses on tailoring its courses to demand, which is why feedback is regularly requested. “We take great care to ensure that they are neither grey teaching events nor sales events. We can see from the recommendation rates of over 90 per cent that this is also the feedback of the participants,” explained ceo Klaus Kiesel. “Regardless of whether the focus is on scientifically-based information or, in the case of the hands-on events, on practical knowledge, it is always important to give participants sufficient space for exchange and networking.”

The company says its best-known event is probably the Spine Academy Meeting, which took place for the first time in 2014. Now physicians from all over the world come to Ulm, Germany, for a scientific and collegial exchange with experts in their field. More recently, webinars have been added as an event format, while the continuing education offerings for medical technical radiology assistants have been expanded.
