PACSMail Cloud virtual diagnostic imaging – adapting to COVID

As medicine has adapted to COVID, so the ability to share diagnostic information safely and securely has come to the forefront of healthcare delivery.

PACSMail Cloud allows secure, on-line storage and display of scans and other diagnostic images, allowing rapid reporting and sharing as needed with remote colleagues. The service is GDPR compliant and is in line with COVID guidelines to enable continuity of service and social distancing through setting up remote consultant access to medical images. Setting up your  account requires no software installation and can be done in minutes.

At the recent Wexham Park Cruciate Ligament conference we caught up with knee surgeon Mr Henry Bourke to chat about the increasing role of virtual imaging in today’s surgical practice. Mr Bourke says: “Sybermedica’s PACSMail Cloud is one of the true pioneers of virtual diagnostic imaging. The platform has been hugely successful in sports medicine and it is now playing and increasingly important role in enabling surgeons to view and share their patient’s scans whenever and wherever this is needed.”
