Pink Rose Suite staff inspired to start 3D breast imaging service

Consultant radiographic practitioner Sarah Lawson, advanced practitioner Chris Batts, assistant practitioner Mandy Farrell and advanced practitioner Janet Hendy and Laura Hill.

The Pink Rose Suite at Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, part of Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust, houses up-to-date breast imaging equipment serving the north of England.

Under consultant radiographic practitioner Sarah Lawson, the breast imaging department has two state-of-the-art Hologic Selenia Dimensions mammography units, one fully equipped for 3D and the other a 2D system that is 3D compatible, together with Hologic C-View software, three SecurView DX400 diagnostic workstations and an Affirm tomo biopsy guidance system for stereotactic and tomosynthesis interventional procedures.
